# วิธีใช้งาน Thank you page เพื่อเก็บ Event ของลูกค้าผ่านช่องทาง Chat

นอกจากการเก็บ **Events** บนเว็บไซต์ร้านค้าแล้ว BentoWeb เรายังได้เพิ่มระบบการ *เก็บ Events เพื่อบันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้าที่มาจากช่องทาง Chat* ผ่านลิ้งค์พิเศษที่เราเรียกว่า **Thank you page **เพื่อให้ร้านค้าสามารถเก็บข้อมูลลูกค้า และนำมาใช้ประโยชน์ในการทำ *Conversion Funnel _หรือ  _Sales Funnel* ต่อได้จากทุกช่องทาง

# Thank you page ทำงานอย่างไร

Thank you page คือ ลิ้งค์พิเศษที่ร้านค้าสามารถส่งให้ลูกค้าผ่านช่องทาง Chat หรือช่องทางใด ๆ ก็ตามเพื่อขอบคุณลูกค้าที่สั่งซื้อสินค้า หรือเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์เว็บไซต์ร้านให้กับลูกค้าที่สนใจ โดยเมื่อลูกค้าทำการคลิกที่ลิ้งค์ ระบบจะทำการสร้าง และบันทึก Custom Audience ในชื่อ ThankYou เพื่อให้ร้านค้านำข้อมูลไปทำ Funnel ต่อได้ในอนาคต

# วิธีการนำ Thank you page ไปใช้

เจ้าของร้านสามารถนำลิ้งค์ Thank you page ไปใช้ได้ง่าย ๆ โดยทำการล็อกอินเข้าสู่ระบบหลังบ้านของ BentoWeb จากนั้นเข้าไปที่เมนู **ตั้งค่าร้านค้า** คลิกแถบเมนู **ข้อมูลร้าน** เลือกหัวข้อ **Plugin** โดย BentoWeb ได้เตรียมลิ้งค์ Thank you page แบบภาษาไทย และภาษาอังกฤษ ให้ร้านค้าได้เลือกใช้ได้ตามเหมาะสม
