# ตรวจสอบ Keyword ที่ลูกค้าใช้ค้นหาบนเว็บไซต์ของคุณด้วย Google Analytics

คุณสามารถดูข้อมูลพฤติกรรมการค้นหาของลูกค้าได้ง่าย ๆ บน **Google Analytics** เพียงเข้าไปตั้งค่า **Site search Tracking** ตามขั้นตอนดังนี้:

1. กดที่เมนู **Admin** เพื่อเรียกการตั้งค่า
2. กดที่เมนู **View Settings**

3. เปิด **Site search Tracking** ให้เป็น **ON** แล้วระบุ `s` ในช่อง **Query parameter**

# ตรวจสอบพฤติกรรมการค้นหาของลูกค้า

พฤติกรรมการค้นหาของลูกค้าจะถูกบันทึกไว้ในเมนู **Behavior** `>` **Site Search** ครับ สามารถเรียกดูข้อมูลในมิติต่างๆ ได้เลย
