# Custom Audience จาก Google Analytics สำคัญกับการขายยังไง? ทำไมทางร้านต้องแคร์

# ขั้นตอนการสร้าง Custom Audience บน Google Analytics
1. กดที่สัญลักษณ์ ตั้งค่า แล้วไปที่ Admin เลือก Audience

2. กด + NEW AUDIENCE เพื่อไปยังหน้าสร้าง Audience

# ตัวอย่างการสร้าง Custom Audiences ด้วยข้อมูลจาก Google Analytics

# การสร้างกลุ่มลูกค้าที่เข้าชมสินค้าหน้าเว็บไซต์ 30 วันที่ผ่านมา
**1. เลือก Audience definition กด__ + NEW AUDIENCE__  --->  Audience definition เลือกเป็น __All Users__**

** 2. กำหนดระยะเวลาที่ต้องการทราบ ไปที่ Audience definition  จากนั้นก็ใส่ระยะเวลาเป็น 30 วัน หรือตามที่ต้องการ  ตั้งชื่อ Audience แล้วกด __Next step__**

**3. Audience destinations  กด __+Add destinations__ ทำการเลือกปลายทางของการแสดงข้อมูล จากนั้นกด __Publish__**

# วิธีสร้างกลุ่มลูกค้าทุกคนที่เข้าหน้า Invoice จาก CheckoutPage และ BentoPOS ใน 15 วันที่ผ่านมา
**1. เลือก Audience definition กด__ +NEW AUDIENCE__  ส่วนของ Audience definition เลือก __Users who visited a specific section of my site__  จากนั้นกด __Next step__**

**2. ไปที่ Audience definition กด __รูปดินสอ__ เลือกหัวข้อ Conditions จากนั้นก็ใส่__ /invoice__ แล้วกด __Apply__**

**3. กำหนดระยะเวลาที่ต้องการทราบ ไปที่ Audience definition ระบุที่ Membership duration เป็น 15 วัน จากนั้นตั้งชื่อ Audience แล้วกด __Next step__**

**4. Audience destinations  กด __+Add destinations__ ทำการเลือกปลายทางของการแสดงข้อมูล จากนั้นกด __Publish__**

# วิธีสร้างกลุ่มลูกค้าทุกคนที่สั่งซื้อจากเว็บไซต์ ใน 45 วันที่ผ่านมา
**1. เลือก Audience definition กด __+NEW AUDIENCE__   ส่วนของ Audience definition เลือก __Users who completed a transaction__ จากนั้นเลือก กด __Next step__**

**2. กำหนดระยะเวลาที่ต้องการทราบ ไปที่ Audience definition  ระบุ Membership duration เป็น 45 วัน จากนั้น ตั้งชื่อ Audience แล้วกด __Next step__**

**3. Audience destinations  กด __+Add destinations__ ทำการเลือกปลายทางของการแสดงข้อมูล จากนั้นกด__ Publish__**
